When will I receive my tracking number?
After your order is placed and confirmed, we normally aim to send your tracking number within 12 to 24 hours where available. Once tracking is issued, you can follow the progress of your parcel online.
Do you send tracking numbers on weekends?
Tracking numbers are usually provided during working days only. On weekends, our delivery team and courier partners may not be operating, so tracking details may be sent on the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Economy Shipping usually takes 5 to 8 business days, while Standard Shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or courier delays.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return period after you receive your item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable. Please contact us first before sending any return back.
